Arrived on correct day at correct time, with polite and helpful delivery guys. Excellent customer services line with people to talk to, rather than having to go through push button menus and spend ages on hold. Sofa looks even better in the flesh than it did online.

Ordered my M&S leather sofa online from their sale in January, with estimated delivery date 11th to 13th March. Someone phoned on the 7th March to ask when we wanted it delivering, so we chose today (Friday 14th) and were given a 4 hour delivery slot between 7am and 11am. At 7.20 am, a big lorry and 2 guys turn up, who carry the sofa all the way up to our 2nd floor flat. Sofa in perfect condition, and can't wait to spend some time vegatating on it! After reading lots of negative reviews, I was a little reluctant to get some M&S furniture, but I have never had such a stress-free, polite and friendly service!! Very impressed, and would definitely order from them again.
