No LCD display (but £7.50 extra gets you the 1002 with LCD display)
General Comments
The Pacific 1001 DVD player is £34 at Asda and has to be one of the bargains of the year. I asked whether it was multiregion before purchasing and the sales assistant didn't know but when I checked a couple of review sites they soon revealed it is Multi region straight out of the box ;0)
It plays DVD and DVD-r, MP£, CD and VCD. The quality is fine considering the price.

Have just bought this player and was trying to find a multiregion code for it b4 getting it out of the box - now I know I don't seem to need one - Cheers
