General Comments
There can't be a better vacuum cleaner than this one. We have had one for ten years and it is near indestructible. It is so easy to use and 100 per cent effective. Recently it broke down (due to heavy use) and Dyson sent round an engineer and fixed it for a minimal cost. Their customer service was exceptional. Don't ever think about getting another vacuum cleaner. Well worth the money.

I am about to purchase a DC15 as I have two Springer Spaniels. My last Dyson (DC04) was purchased from ebay as a reconditioned model and alas has given up the ghost today after 8 years. Not bad considering the amount of use it had. I will let you know how I get on with this one.
