When it works its great, but will go off, disconnect, slow down - which is so frustrating in my experience.
For me BT Connect Broadband is erratic, slow during busy times, expensive - unhelpful customer advisors as I feel I have not yet received any help after many phone calls and emails.
Went with Bt with the "get what you pay for "mentality. Didn't work for me. Very dissatisfied and will change IP when contract up in April.
