Cathedral City cheddar cheese is an award winning strong creamy cheddar. It's very pungent and sharp and tastes great on biscuits or toasted sandwiches and comes highly recommended!

    You're absolutely right - it's arguably the best Cheddar on the market and I eat it with water biscuits. Gorgeous!
