Excellent communication and comprehension. Efficient and human!
They couldn't do my conveyancing for me instead of my awful solicitors!
I wanted a joined up current account and mortgage. I didn't also expect to be able to get a competitive fixed rate with no penalty for partial early redemption. Every time I rang I immediately got through to a genuine English speaking human who could give sensible advice and manage the progress of my mortgage purchase. They coped well with the curve balls my solicitors threw our way and made the whole experience painless.
