Applied online, heard in 7 days got all my cards, cheque books etc in 7 days later, all has run smoothly online banking a doodle,
to many pin numbers,
I'm actually very pleased with A&L, i applied online got accepted with in 7 days 7 days after that they sent everything through.
They transferred my direct debits, have had more contact with them in a month than I ever did with lloyds tsb, so far so good no problems at all. There online is easy once you get the hang of it took me half hour.
There level of customer service has been second to none, All plus points and I don't get charged.
