No software needs to be installed on either the customer's or the technicians computer. Works as advertised and makes supporting customers a lot easier.
Bad Points
Could be faster in my opinion.
General Comments
Found it to be an excellent tool for providing support to customers' computers over the Internet. It was pretty easy to use and I was able to be up and running quickly. Only real complaint was that it could have been a bit faster when controlling customers' computers. Well recommend www.imoncall.com.
