Good Points

Small and stylish, but looks dont mean anything when the phone is a dud!


Bad Points

When phone is on silent, the alarm is too!! Bad ring tones, hard to find ones 2 download. Faulty all round, bad battery life, switches off, breaks after small falls, parts fall off (in particular the bottom bit which has 2 be removed 2 charge)...this is more like an essay than a summary!


General Comments

I could go on forever about how bad this Panasonic GD68 mobile phone is! Its such a cheapy! I upgraded to this from my old nokia 3210, which i even dropped down concrete stairs with no damage! The smallest falls caused much damage to my gd68. It fell off a table onto a lino floor, the bottom part broke off and bounced somewhere never to be found! U cant buy a replacement part! Doesnt matter anyway because i would have lost it again considering how many times u have 2 take it off n put it back on again! I also dropped it on concrete once, not a bad fall, but it scratched the surface bad! also the plastic back cracked. Plus dirt gets caught down the side of the joystick.

Not only was it bad enough that the casing is vile, does anything work right on this phone?? I always accidently connected 2 the internet by pressing the msg button down 2 long...very expensive problem!! Then the msging is hard! T9 bites big time! No automatic capital, hard 2 change from numbers, to symbols to text! Half the time it took me 10minutes to write a simple msg. And if that wasn't bad enough, It would turn off when i tried to send it! So i'd have to start again!! Battery was pretty awful! Could not go a day without charging, and after a few calls you have none left! When battery is low there is no warning beep, untill its too late and it starts beeping non stop and then switches off! Now for the stupidest problem. THE ALARM!!
You turn the phone on silent so no one wakes you up...AND THE ALARM IS ON SILENT TOO!!
Now how stupid is that??? It took me a while to figure out what the heck was going on! I could ramble forever but i have more important things to do..like get excited for my samsung E700 to arrive!! Hope the reviews were right!!

    hey mate not to be rude or anything but you musn't of got your phone brand new or it was a faulty when you bought it cause i got one brand new and it was sweet as and have never had a problem with it and i have had it for a year and a half. it has also hacked a few hard falls.
