Great polite communication, very professional customer service. Efficient service and delivered as and when promised.
would have like £10,000 but was only able to have £7,500 this would have allowed greater selection of cars.
I dealt with Credit plus for the very first time having 'stumbled' across them by chance and thought id give them a go... Well what a pleasant surprise that was, had immediate contact from an underwriter to explain i will be contacted in due course by a customer representative.
Loan was approved almost immediately... followed by a phone call and text by the very friendly staff.. they kept me up to speed on every occasion either by text or call.. Text if i wasn't obtainable.
There was a delay of about 2 to 3 days in choosing a car (My fault as i looked out of the Credit Plus approved dealers) Once i found what i was able to have in my price range, Credit Plus negotiated with them on my behalf. The dealer wanted between £200 and £500 deposit to take the car off the fore court.. They spoke to them, sent them confirmation that they would have there money and the dealers waived the deposit..
So all in all thanks to Credit Plus i never had to pay a deposit to the dealer.
I've already recommended your company to 2 of my friends and i know they will be contacting you in due course if they haven't already done so.
