Very good when I joined in 2006. The package was very competitive in what it offered.
Has gone down hill in terms of customer service as far as I am concerned, very slow response to major problems in my experience. Particularly e-mail which has over the past month or so virtually ground to a halt for me.
No regular updating of RSS feed, or system status on f2s site, after problems thought to have been fixed re-occur.
It's the rail passenger syndrome. Train stops but the passengers are not kept up to date with what's going on, if they are told at all, in my experience anyway.

A sad demise for what was a good outfit.
The change in service seemed to coincide with the change of ownership. Possibly a contributing factor.
I hope they pull things together soon? For the time being I do not recommend www.freedom2surf.net.
