'Help' should be referred to consumer protection in my opinion as I found BBC iPlayer very difficult to work with. I have been on www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer but just can not download! I have nothing good to say about this online video site due to this, in my opinion site navigation needs to be much improved as well as other faults that in my opinion there is.
