HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE
I insured my car with E-Car at the beginning of Feb and i paid for the full year up front. I thought great as they were a lot cheaper than everyone else. I did it all online, paid and that was that. I received my policy document no problem. It stated i needed to prove my no claims discount. I emailed the main email address stating my previous policy number and all the details i had and said i will get them to send me proof and i shall forward it on. This i did 2 days later, had no response saying it had been received no nothing, so i re-sent it to 3 different email address's with my new policy number and relevant info. I was involved in a crash on Tuesday night not to serious but work needs doing. As this wasn't my fault i decided to get it fixed. I rang yesterday and did all the ridiculous touch phone plava, to be told to ring a different number. I eventually managed to speak to someone who was rude and made me feel in the wrong. I then received a email last night stating they have received post which had been sent back to them. I went online this morning to contact them AGAIN! and its saying my policy has been cancelled. I have yet to ring them on my dinner, but if this is the case, i want to know why? Why i haven't been informed? And where is my refund? Has this happened to anybody else? This is ridiculous talk about customer service? I am dreading the phone call at dinner, can any one please advise me?
