Some large screens.
Bad Points
No control whatsoever within the screen rooms over loutish behaviour from kids (laser pens, noise..). Frequent poor projection and no interest from the local management in correcting it when pointed out (indeed they don't even answer letters). Hugely overpriced refreshments. The film selection is 'lowest common denominator'.
General Comments
Ipswich Cineworld. I had bought a monthly Unlimited pass for my 12 year old son. After 6 months, he was refused entry to a 12 certificate film, and when he put me on the phone to them, the staff refused to check his age on their registered details (which when I later called the help centre, was exactly what they were supposed to do - the whole point of the age registration and photocard being precisely this). The oik on the phone called me 'mate' and seemed to have no idea of customer service. I have cancelled the pass.
