Good Points

Iron works fine, no problems at all. Just fill it with the supplied plastic cup to the line and it works with no problems.


Bad Points

It was leaking water but called Redfern and shipped it to them and the fixed it and sent it back and it has worked ever since. They paid the shipping.


General Comments

Basically thing thing works, and if you have issues called them and they will give you a return number to ship it to them for repair. The will send it back when fixed all postage paid. My iron is working fine, had it since October 2007.
