The individual helping me was good.
Bad Points
I paid to mail a packing priority with a guaranteed delivery by March 5, 2008. As of March 11, 2008 at 7:25 p.m. as far as I am aware my package can't even be found and our local Veradale postmaster not yet received much help or even put a tracer on it. The package had a confirmation of delivery and was insured.
General Comments
The American public is being GOUGED to mail anything. We put our faith and trust the post office for doing their job. The U.S. post office stole my package and tells me I have to wait 21 days before I can do anything. That's a very big WRONG for me. I'm filling charges against the Veradale postmaster and hold her totally responsible because of her refused to resolve and even find my package. The package was a one-of-a-kind and can't be replaced but the US Post Office. Do not recommend www.postmaster.co.uk.
