General Comments
Alliance & Leicester Current Account customer service is extremely limited in the help they give.
They have lost written correspondence from me.
Their correspondence to me was very poor. Incorrect standing order withdrawals
Incorrect Direct Debit failure
Once in three years wages went in late and they charged for several failed direct debits.
