There are no good points for Budget insurance. There is nothing that stands out with their service or products.


General Comments

An incident has been put on my record by Budget and I have no idea about this incident; there is no police record and they can't even tell me where the incident was supposed to happen.
I am phoning Budget every day at present, having to start from the beginning each time with each new customer advisor, for them to promise to do something (either send an email to the underwriter, talk to a supervisor, email their administration centre in the UK as the call centre is in South Africa) and I am still waiting for a letter showing this incident has been removed from my record.
