In my experience... Slow speeds
Minimum Contract
Service
Canceled this due to well documented slow speed at peak times issue. Shocked to be asked for '£40 cancellation fee as not in contract for 24 months. On checking other posts it seems this was implemented April / May 07. Does anyone have a copy of their t&c's from before that because I want to fight this and do not recommend Supanet.
