General Comments

I wanted a policy that I could add my grown up kids onto as temporary drivers, as and when I needed to. I was assured I could - no problem. Oh were they wrong ! They refused to do it and after several heated phone calls I ended up contacting the insurance company direct and after several phone calls from them they managed to sort it out. Budgets response was that I had no right to go direct to the insurance company. I am trying again to do the same and Budget said they couldn't do it and the phone went dead. I have contacted the insurance company direct again for them to sort.
Heaven help you if I have an accident !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
