sometimes there is actually something to watch you don't have to pay extra for.
Bad Points
1) service calls, 20-30 mins, hire some more help.
2) understanding who is helping me, hiring or train to speak English..
3) dropped calls, after losing me call me back so i do not have to wait 20-30 mins again and start over, ask the next service person to please call if dropped again, he said he can't, not good business.
4) last time my box stopped working they fixed it over the phone, now they want me to bring it back and exchange it. Has not worked in 2-weeks, but I still have to pay you !!!!!!! not to fare.
5) I live 3-blocks from a services centre but have to call across the world to talk to someone, all cities should be able to call in town, would be smart and convenient.

General Comments
I would like to see a lot more good movies on tv and not have them interrupted by overtime sports. I would like to pick up the phone and call you and have a real person answer right away. Not a computer and not a non English speaking person and not wait 20-30 minutes.
I would like to be treated as a customer!!~!!!
