Good Points

Their interest rate wasn't bad. But that's about as good as it gets.


General Comments

It took me from June of last year til November to get a simple answer from Britannia Building Society Mortgage. Sending letters is the worst thing you can do with these people because either you wont get one back or more monotonous questions are asked. So unhelpful, which makes it worse when they claim to be one of the leading building societies in the country. I will never do business with them again.
