Good Points

Gives you straight hair.


Bad Points

Made my daughter's hair frazzled. Hair smelt burnt.


General Comments

Contacted the customer care department,who requested straighteners to be sent to them to be checked. They have advised there was a problem with a fault with an internal component. They have offered a full refund,if you have any problems go to the babyliss website then email the customer care team.
