Ease of use is the best thing about ING, I don't understand these people that have had bad dealings with ING. Use it like it is supposed to be used, don't send checks, it's meant to be all online. Set it up, make sure you type in the right routing number and account number and you will have no problems. Takes a few days but that's cool with me, be patient people, I know that's not in americans vocab. however once it's set up it's simple and easy. Trust me..........
There is none if you actually use it how it really is designed to be used, I know they offer other things to do with it but read between the lines people. It is meant to be a liquid investment, similarly to investing into the stock market. Read my general statement...............
It sounds like the people that have had the problems try to use this savings account to pay bills and run it like a regular bank account. I have used ing for awhile and have had no problems however I use it strictly as an investment account. Meaning I just put money in it or transfer it back to my regular checking, that's it, works great. My advice pay your bills through your regular checking then whatever you have let that you can afford to put into your ing account put it in there and leave it. ING is really just an investment account that is liquid, put money in it and leave it alone for long periods just like a stock account. If ran like that you will have no problems I promise......
