Good Points

Easy reach and quick answer when booking.

Bad Points

No answer when problems appear as far as I am aware in my experience.

General Comments

I have booked recently a hotel in Tokyo and to my surprise they have charged me twice as far as I am awar. I wanted to cancel my reservation and I have not received any news by e-mail. I have tried to contact them through the phone and both numbers in Uk leads to inactive phone numbers. In US there is no answer as far as I am concerned therefore Ido not recommend Cheap Hotel Resorts.com
