One half doesn't know what the other half is doing.

General Comments

Scottish power has lost our prepayment meter payments! They call them "misdirected payments" as if you are somehow to blame, when really it's them.

They have "tried" to find these payment on my behalf - as if they are doing me any favours - but this takes about 8 weeks. What did they conclude? Yes, that they must be "misdirected"!

We got a letter this morning saying that they are raising our tarriff to pay the amount we owe. I thought the word "prepayment" means pay before you use!

My advice to anybody considering Scottish Power is, simply, don't!
