I have been fighting to get cash back since September last year and still havent heard anything from Mobile Rainbow...i will take serious action now.....PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT!!!!

I am in the same boat as everyone else. Didn't get a penny back from them.
They should not be allowed to carry on trading.
I have reported them to the Trading Standards office and would advise everyone else to do the same.
