Service in Club Class absolutely and consistently first rate. Cabin crew exemplary - very polite and attentive. Food and wine excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Lounges generally of a high standard.
Ongoing problems with baggage out of Heathrow, though to be fair this is the fault of BAA, I believe, rather than BA. Very poor customer services staff in the States - seem to be there only to stonewall and to give false information. They seem to be incapable of offering any help.
If you have a problem, write (not phone) to UK customer services and be persistent. They will eventually respond and, in my experience, are fair in awarding compensation and reimbursement. Keep trying though - they seem to be snowed under dealing with the aforementioned lost luggage problems.
Overall, still one of the best airlines around.
