Poor customer service
Visited Fords of Winsford at the weekend for the first time. The first thing that strikes you is the size of the place, it's huge. The next thing is that they have pictures of the Magic Roundabout characters everywhere? Very odd I thought. They describe it as the friendly car buying experience or something. Well after two hours of looking around various cars, I had not been approached by one salesman, not even to say a friendly hello. I asked to speak to somebody about a Golf and was told to go and sit in a waiting area until someone was free? I waited half an hour and still nothing. I asked another member what was going on. She gave me a snappy reply as if she was doing me a favour? I smiled at her and walked out of the door. I was holding a leaflet with Dillon from the Magic Roundabout saying "don't be a dillon". I couldn't have put it better myself!
