Appalling customer service and guarantees.
General Comments
I've just bought a period property where the previous owner had spent more than '£30,000 on replacement windows, large conservatory and side porch.
The conservatory is still well within it's 10 year guarantee and has developed a leak. I called the company to ask them to fix it. The company told me "sorry sir, our guarantee's or only for the owner at the time and are not transferred to the new property owner."
