Good channel line up
Very difficult to work with Direct TV Service customer service on billing errors
Did not have a good third party installer
HD works inconsistently on network channels
Bill department overcharges all the time
installation crews were a nightmare
Installation no-shows on 4 occasions and the company did not honour there no-show credit of $100
