Being able to view your home from work or on the go. I really liked the fact that I could monitor my home from both my blackberry and my htc tytn II. I can even pan/tilt my camera using my phone.
The mobile program is what really sets this system apart from the rest. Whilst most can send an e-mail, this one allows you to get alerted via text message. Even if I'm on the road (I travel a lot) and miles away from a pc, i can still log in and check the home if I get an alert.
The system setup was brilliant. All done from one location (A webpage) and I was up and running in a matter of minutes.
Bad Points
Can't think of any. I'm really happy with my system. I plugged it in almost a month ago and it hasn't given me any problems at all.
The only problem I've had is with mobile phone reception. If I can't get reception, i can't log in. but that's something that isn't related to my system ,but rather the lack of mobile phone masts!
General Comments
I've gone for the premium account ( '£11.95 per month for 250 MB online storage), but you can also go for the standard plus account which is '£9.99 per month for 50 megs of storage. There is no charge for heavy usage, it's a flat fee which works really well for me.
