what's the point of having accidental damage when your claims denied because of an accident?????


General Comments

took out insurance via 3Mobile. It was with Phonesafe CPP www.cpp.co.uk. Just rang to make a claim and was declined. i had lost the phone at home somewhere, searched all over, couldn't find it. Came across it in my freshly washed dressing gown pocket. On telling them this I was told my policy didn't cover this yet it states accidental damage and liquid damage????? I was then told I received a text message in January telling me this. Texting is a very formal way to run your business.....NOT. I didn't receive any text. I pay this insurance in good faith, well not any more. Bad bad company!!!!!
