Customer Service were very poor!!
After spending 5 days on and off the phone to BT (more on), to try and get all my services put back on i had to report them to 'offcom'.
BT cut off all my services without informing me and told me there was a '£450 debt on the account - there was no dept i have always paid my bill on time. I had to call BT from my mobile and they refused to call me back even though i explained to them they had cut my land line off - so this cost me a fortune. After losing count of the departments i got passed around to for 5 days I finally reported BT to offcom who helped greatly.
Since making the complaint BT have recognised their error and have said my services will be back within 2 working days - but i will have to have a new land line number which is very annoying!!
I'm still waiting for my services to put back on.
I am totally disgusted with the Customer Services at BT i would advise any one to stay well clear of them.
