General Comments

I'm in the same boat regarding unpaid cashback.
I did contact O2 on Saturday whem I learned that they had gone bust to discover that my contract was held by Carphone Warehouse. I spoke to Carphone Warehouse who confirmed that the Mobile Outlet / Vanilla Mobile were bought out by Carphone Warehouse and that outstanding Cashbacks were being dealt with by another subsidiary e2save. Unfortunately I spoke to them today and they referred me to the administrators. I don't know precisely the relationship between Carphone and the Mobile Outlet but I intend to pursue Carphone as well as leave my details with the Administrators. Incidently O2 would have helped me (downgraded my plan) as I was more than 6 months into a 12 month plan but suggested I pursue Carphone first!
