Bad Points
Internal communication is non-existing, departments never know what is going on or what they should be doing.
Change of address took 4 forms and three weeks.
Business loan was more hassle then help despite being fully secured against property.
Everything they do takes a week to come into being, even a simple task.
General Comments
Royal Bank of Scotland Business Bank Account is a prime example of what happens when a bank gets so big it has no idea what is happening within its own walls.
Don't waste your time and money!
