Good Points

The photographers seemed to know what they were doing


Bad Points

The salesman was way too pushy!!! He got in a bit of a stress when we said we couldn't afford any extra pictures and he looked unhappy!! At the end of the day, if you cant afford extra pictures, you can afford them and that's that!!


General Comments

I arrived late for my shoot as Man Utd were playing and the train was packed! I have to say that they were ok about it and didn't mind that I was over half an hour late. The studio itself isn't really nice and isn't located in a great area - It wasn't what I imagined at all! Very over-rated!! To start off with, I really didn't like my hair but I didn't say anything as I kind of felt guilty about being so late. Then, my nails were painted and to be honest, I was disgusted! My 1 year old cousin could've done better - I opted for a black nail varnish as I usually wear that anyway plus I was going on a night out so wanted my nails to match my outfit. The lady who did my nails only put on one coat of nail varnish - they looked awful! Maybe I should have said something but I suppose you think that these people should be good at what they do plus I got the photoshoot cheap so I didn't like to say anything!! After the photoshoot, I was waiting 2 hours to see my pictures and then to make matters worse, when we got into the viewing room, he was so so pushy and even though it is his job to sell the photo's, he was being a bit arrogant about it all and made me and my partner feel very stressed out. I definitely wouldnt go back to Flawless Studios - I came out of the place crying - certainly not worth travelling so far for: A complete let down!!!!
