Bad Points

for mothers day... flowers ending up3 days late is unforgivable paid for chocolates that were not delivered...


General Comments

I ordered flowers for mothers day... they arrived 3 days later. in my mothers words they were awful and she had to throw them away as they did not live that long. i also paid for a box of chocolates to be delivered with them and they did not arrive...
so disappointed and let down.

back to the flower shop I guess to make it up to mum as I have not yet as far as I know had any apology. i have sent 2 emails. one returned!!
