Very poor customer service.
I made an application with Yes Loans to be told I'd been accepted. I told the guy I didn't have the £49.50 that day and didn't get paid until the following week. He said I could give my card details so that if I wanted the loan it could be processed more quickly.I wish I hadn't been so stupid!The following week after receiving my wages the £49.50 had been taken from my account without me authorising them to do so!I am now still trying to get my money back as they told me to send an email only for the email system to conveniently go down.I then sent a letter but apparently this wasn't received I have now sent another. So after about 5 telephone calls(on hold for up to 20minutes) 1 email and 2 letters later still no luck.
