Good Points

I don't like anything about this. The only reason I have it is because I live in the woods and can't get Dish. Comcast can't come here because it's Time Warner area. Monopoly??


Bad Points

Everything.


General Comments

Don't get all the channels they say you'll get. The internet works half the time. The service is horrible. I have been dealing with this since 1996. 12 years. They say they'll be here the next day to fix the line. They never show up. They say you'll get credit from your $100.00 + bill for the bad service. Never happens. The worst service imaginable
