Good Points

Last year my wife and I took the 8 day cruise to Mexico which we loved, everything was done professionally. So we told my wife's brother and his wife so we booked another cruise for there 40th


Bad Points

The first thing we noticed was the crew was new and they seemed like they did not have the training that the crew last year had. The next thing that was very disappointing that the STAR had an equipment failure and could only cruise a limited amount of knots, therefore we could not get to the first 2 ports of call. Missing out on Acapulco and Ixtalpa. Next the tour we had in Mazanillo was so late by the middle of the cruise is was dark we could not see.


General Comments

My final comment is I do understand what can happen on a ship at sea
