General Comments

Just tried to go through a online application. This is after they mail me all the time trying to get me to apply. So after submitting the application it said @sorry your application is till been processed' 'this will take no longer than 60 seconds to complete please refresh the page for your decision' after 10mins and endless refreshes i rang them.

Ow what a joke that was.

There website claimed there applications team was open 9-5:30 weekends today is a Sunday. When called it said they were closed!

Rang the normal customer service number and spoke to some guy in another country who has to be the dumbest person alive! I asked what i was supposed to do he said wait 14 days? I said wait 14 days at my computer pressing refresh? (i knew this isn't what he meant but i was just checking) to my surprise he said yes! he expected me to sit at the computer pressing refresh for 14 days! Ha! when i said pushed him he said he will transfer me. 5mins later he came back and said the department was closed and to ring later!

don't think I will be ringing them ever again!
