The broadband service has been very reliable.
As far as I am concerned they do not respond to logged issues in a timely manner. They seem to hope the problem will go away on its own and respond days later.
Until recently, I was a happy customer but my view is changing. They take an inordinate amount of time to respond to logged issues and calling them on the phone is a nightmare in my opinion. Recently my email started to play up as far as I am concerned. I thought it would settle but it didn't. Now I have no email - nothing gets through at all. I set up a new email account and nothing gets through to that either. It is a shambles as far as I am concerned. I do not recommend Freedom2Surf.
