Good Points

The only good point is the color, i bought the pink one.

A waste of my money


General Comments

I am extremely disappointed with my Dyson DC14 all floors, with all of the hype of never loosing suction, and the price I was sure that I would have a vacuum that i would love and that I can rely on. This is probably one of the worst vacuums i've ever owned, I have to go over my floor at least 4 times and really slow and it only picks up the surface things. I have called customer service to see if they can help but they can't. I am annoyed and I will never buy a dyson again. Not worth the money. Dyson doesn't stand true to their product.
