    General Comments

    After 12 very expensive years & endless unauthorised charges we are extremely pleased to say ,"close this disgraceful account" you would not believe how many times we have been left frustrated because of total incompetence which includes non cancellation of Direct Debits when requested,extortionate charges applied because you have allowed debit payments to go through only to claim that there was insufficient at the time of process which is total nonsense & if not sufficient then you should not have accepted but of course with a hefty £30 + charge dangling in front of Mr Santander I can see why he does it,we have been left totally annoyed because of the language barrier problem & constant repeating of questions & answers & having the phone cut off after spending up to a whopping 40 minutes explaining everything over & over & over again not to mention the charges incurred by calling 0845 each time & we believe that over the years this has cost us at least a £1000,we also have a claim going through for over £2600 which unfortunately for us we can only claim the last 6 years worth.

    So it only leaves us to say Adios & don't forget to keep us updated regarding the claim although we know it will be of little interest to you as you probably hope to get away without paying back a penny but we are due something even if it is for the pain & suffering.
