pretty website to hook you in
There is no stock
Ordered about 18 things, all showing in stock, none were. Took over a month to get them, all too late for Xmas. No emails to update me (apart from confirming they had debited my card and giving 2 courier dispatch order numbers from 2 years ago). Over 20 chasing calls, average 45 mins wait but waste of time as they have been no help. No response to complaints, regulatory bodies or parent company. I think you get the picture.
