Bad Points
The customer service line is absolutely poor. Someone from Barclays senior management wants to try it out.
General Comments
I have been kept waiting on the automated customer service line for 57 minutes already tonight!!!! I have heard an automatic message every 50 seconds thanking me for waiting and telling me that my call WILL be answered when a customer service advisor becomes available. All I can say is that Barclays need to increase the number of customer service advisor's and to get a call system that lets customers know the average waiting time or number in the queue. This is absolutely appalling customer service.
