EVERYTHING for me!
I have been a customer with orange previously freeserve and wanadoo for 5 years. But no more thank goodness. The problems started when they attempted to upgrade my speed. Immediately I was unable to access most websites. Repeated phone calls (at my expense) to customer support was frustrating to say the least. Notwithstanding the language barrier there seemed to be a 5 day rule - I quote "we understand your concern and will escalate it to another team and it will take 5 days". I have lost count of the 5 day rule teams "my problem" was escaleted to. I was without proper internet access for 3 weeks. Thankfully I have now successfully migrated to plusnet and was on line immediately.
