Expedia is easy to use. That's about the only good thing I can say.

Follow up, customer service, poor attitude
General Comments
I've used Expedia for years both nationally and internationally. I've never had too much of a problem (not seated together was frequent though). Then I had a problem and called them from an airport. My trip was all screwed up and the rep had the nastiest attitude. I had been shuttle all over between airports, missed a day of vacation due to delays and this woman was not nice. When I got home I emailed in great detail what happened to Expedia and how displeased I was. Guess what? I got a form letter saying sorry. When I emailed them again saying that I expected more than a form letter, I got another form letter. Use them at your own risk and God help you if there's a problem.
