I feel sorry for all the customers out there, and i am one of them. This is shocking, I agree with all the comments received 100% I have found out today that they have gone BUST!!!!!!
I took this contract out in August and not received a single payment BACK. I have read information on mobile outlet name 'Begbies Traynor' who will sort out the claims. Adress is Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds, L5S 9NF. I have received an e-mail but not received a reply as yet, when i do i will add it to the comments.
I have rang T Moble who is my contract they said if you were provided with an insurance when taking out the contract, you will get all your money money back the by insurance company. If any one has got advice please pass it on to me I will do what ever I can to get our money back which is written in the terms and conditions.

Begbies Traynors are a very large firm of Insolvency Practioners. They are acting as Administartors and their main job is to realise the assets of the company. From the assets they will first have to pay VAT and Taxman then the Debenture holders who are their bankers- only after these people have been paid will there be monies left over for insecured creditors. All those claiming cashbacks are unsecured creditors- who should expect not to receive anything- In my experience there will be very little if anything left after the preferential creditors have been paid.
